On August 30th, join United Way of Merced County for one of the most daring fundraisers in the Central Valley—rappel down the iconic Tioga Apartments in downtown Merced to support life-changing programs across our community.
Whether you're an adrenaline junkie, a community champion, or someone just looking to check “urban rappelling” off your bucket list, this is your chance to make an unforgettable impact.
All funds raised support United Way of Merced and our RISE partner agencies like: Cultiva Central Valley, NAMI Merced, and Lifeline CDC.
HOW IT WORKS:
- SIGN UP with a $75 non-refundable registration fee (counts towards your fundraising goal) to become a Participant.
- Easily set up your personal fundraising page.
- Raise $1,000 or more to guarantee your place on the ropes! If spots remain and time allows, we’ll invite the next highest earners.
- Get ready for a safe, thrilling, bucket-list-worthy rappel off the historic Tioga apartments.
- Celebrate with music, food, and community at our block party.
No climbing experience required—just the courage to go over the edge for a cause that matters.
