Hi!  My name is Victoria and I have worked at the Arc since the summer of 2019.  I started working as a one-to-one aide for a little boy and then was offered a teaching position in the fall.  For the past 4 years, I have been teaching an inclusive preschool classroom which allows students with and without special needs to learn from each other through play and academic work.  Although some days can be very challenging, teaching special education has taught me to celebrate even the smallest joys because they mean we are heading in the right direction!
