I started Perennial Players as a chance to help our senior community find ways to keep active mentally socially and physically. I love Community Theater so using theater as a way to help bring seniors into a sense of community seemed like a perfect fit for me after I retired from teaching an elementary school. I really think it is important for everybody in the community teachers join together and help each other and all of our endeavors and the United Way is one of our most important partners in helping our community grow and stay healthy.
