Noah was born in Salida, Colorado and grew up in Pueblo West, Colorado. He is a proud graduate of Pueblo West High School and Colorado State University-Pueblo where he earned his bachelor’s degree in business management, with a marketing emphasis, along with a minor in economics, and his master’s degree in business administration. Noah also earned a course certification in Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies through Harvard’s online Business School.

Noah joined the Latino Chamber in March of 2021 as the Supporting Pueblo Coordinator and in January of 2022 was appointed as the Assistant President & CEO. In March of 2022, Noah was appointed as the organization's President & CEO. In his position, Noah is responsible for developing and maintaining a yearly budget, hiring and training personnel, building partnerships throughout the state of Colorado and surrounding region, managing the office building, overseeing all events and programs, and ultimately making decisions to better the Latino Chamber as well as the small business community in Pueblo.

In addition to his work at the Latino Chamber, Noah has worked with the Pueblo Business Economic Recovery Team (BERT) and the Healy Center, through the Hasan School of Business at Colorado State University-Pueblo. Noah currently serves on the Small Business Taskforce in Pueblo and the board of directors for Runyon Sports Complex, NeighborWorks Southern Colorado and PEDCO.

In his free time, Noah enjoys watching sports, working out, listening to music, spending time with family and friends, learning, and finding ways to contribute to change in Pueblo. Noah aspires to be a business owner and a political leader in Pueblo in the near future.
