For over twenty years, I have been an influential leader in the province, working with families and individuals who have intellectual disabilities in a variety of capacities.

I have been an esteemed member of the Special Olympics NL staff since 2014, attending four Special Olympics Canada National Games as both Chef de Mission and Team Manager, playing a lead role in the highly successful 2015, 2019, 2022, and 2023 Special Olympics NL Provincial Games. I have also played a lead role in the further development of Athlete Leadership, Healthy Athletes, and Young Athletes programs, and Unified Sport.

I am passionate and highly dedicated to creating positive impacts in the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities through sporting and leadership opportunities, highlighting Special Olympics athletes and their many talents, strengths, and abilities in their local communities and beyond.

I am excited to be a participant in the Over the Edge initiative and help raise funds to support Special Olympics NL Athletes as they train and prepare to compete in the Special Olympics Canada Winter Games Calgary 2024. With your suppose we can give them the experience of a lifetime!
