I am representing Team Brandon, a group of Brandon's classmates from Drake University. Our learning and experiences at Drake were positively impacted by Brandon's presence, his deep conversations, his care, his concern, his joy. Many of us could say we were Brandon's best friend, because Brandon made everyone feel loved. He was passionate about people. His motto was "Love First". Brandon was always loving first. One way he loved first was by his involvement in Train to Inspire, an organization dedicated to making all opportunities and experiences available to individuals no matter their abilities.
