Dynamic Women in Missions (DWIM), a ministry of One Mission Society, embraces the opportunities and challenges of spreading the Gospel throughout the world. DWIM takes a holistic approach to Equip, Empower, and Mobilize women with Biblical principles that have leadership impact within families, communities, and around the world. Providing medical clinics, leadership trainings and discipling conferences DWIM restores dignity, encourages hope and builds confidence in women, thereby empowering her for family and community leadership with global impact.
Our ministry is designed to be reproducible through in-person and virtual trainings, with ongoing discipleship by women who have a passion to encourage one another.
We believe the power of the Gospel in the hands of disciple-makers will transform all nations. DWIM is confident that given the opportunity to see, learn, and experience - women will grow, build-up, and train each other through participation in:
- Meeting community needs, including disaster relief and evangelistic outreach
- Discipling women with the Biblical family values, community health resources and the Gospel
- Training women for leadership, disciple-making, and cross-cultural service
- Equipping women to have an impact for Christ now and on future generations
- Restoring dignity and hope
