The Y’s mission is our reason for being – To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build a healthy Spirit, Mind, and Body for all.

Working at the YMCA, I have seen first hand the impact the Y makes in the communities we serve. I don't like heights, but knowing that a small act can make a big difference is the reason why I'm participating in Over the Edge Williamsport for a second year. 

When you donate to send me Over the Edge, you're making a difference in the lives of children who receive care at one of our River Valley Regional YMCA branches. You're ensuring their days are filled with fun, education, and the opportunity to develop character and make new friends - all under the guidance of individuals who care about them and believe in their potential. 

When an individual participates in LiveStrong at the YMCA, they are given the opportunity to build positive relationships with other survivors, reclaim their health and well-being following a cancer diagnosis, and improve their overall quality of life. 

The Vet Strong program is a free program for all active duty and veteran Military Members. This program provides individuals with the opportunity to participate in health and fitness activities with fellow military members. Members build camaraderie and gain support!
