ABOUT House of Neighborly Service :

House of Neighborly Service (HNS) assists and advocates for people challenged by the effects of poverty or situational crisis. HNS provides basic needs services throughout North-Central Colorado serving individuals and families in Loveland, Berthoud, and surrounding communities. With House of Neighborly Service's help, these individuals and families  can transition out of crisis and back into self-reliance.

In 2021, HNS had a record 28,558 service visits which included: crisis prevention (utility, prescription, and transportation assistance), food assistance (groceries, and food baskets), clothing assistance, homeless programs for adults and families with children, family support assistance (parent education, Parents as Teachers program, and support for children of at-risk families), and wrap around services (holiday food baskets, Christmas gifts for children, and back to school supplies in the fall).
