My Charity, Ive chosen OPERATION HOMEFRONT as my charity to support for their outstanding work in helping military familes and veterans that are struggling with housing, food resources, and other struggles.
Operation Homefront, is a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, that helps build strong, stable, and secure military families so they can thrive, not simply struggle to get by, in the communities - OUR communities - tgat they have worked so hard to protect.
Since 2002, Operation Homefront has been proudly serving America’s military families. Our organization provides
relief and recurring family support programs and services throughout the year to help military families overcome short-term difficulties so they don’t become long-term hardships.
Recognized for superior performance by leading independent charity oversight groups, 83 percent of Operation Homefront expenditures go directly to programs that support tens of thousands of military families each year.
A key aspect of our mission is to ensure that military families have access to the support and resources they need to stay strong, stable, and secure in the face of adversity. As a military family support organization, we strive to provide respect and understanding to our military families while ensuring that all families in need of assistance receive it.

EJ is an Extreme Survivalist-Adventurer, and a 25 Year Highly Decorated Army Combat Veteran serving in Ranger Coded Positions in Airborne Ranger and Infantry Units. He is known for his Mindset, Top Notch skills, Leadership, Grit, and his mental and physical toughness. He is a natural leader who Leads by Example and from the Front. He is tough and as fierce as they come yet compassionate. He's been an outdoorsman since he was 8 years old, he was also into Scouting, sports, theatre/art, and many self-defense arts. EJ Snyder was born and raised in North Jersey in tough Italian neighborhoods. He joined the Army at 19 seeing Combat in 2 wars (the 1991 Gulf War and OIF [serving 15 months] earning 2 Bronze Stars, the Legion of Merit, and the Order of Saint Maurice). He attended many military schools and served as a Ranger Instructor, Drill Sergeant, and Survival/Tracking Instructor. He retired at the Rank of Sergeant Major/E-9. Upon retirement he served as a Contractor to the Special Warfare Center at Ft. Bragg teaching Survival., while also still pursuing Entertainment projects After appearing on the Hit TV Series “LOST” and History Channel’s “Patton 360”. He found himself thrust into the Reality TV world after applying for Survivor 9 Times making the Final Cast twice, but was replaced last minute, also making the Final Cast of Big Brother 14 for the Vilnian Role, once again being replaced last minute. In early 2012, EJ was asked to try out for the Military Survivalist Host spot for Discovery Channel’s Hit TV Series, “Dual Survival”, EJ finished 2nd in the selection process. EJ was then picked up for TNT’s “72 Hours” a Survival Adventure Race and raced across the Fijian Jungles. He then was recruited to film the Pilot Episode of Discovery Channel’s Hit TV series “Naked and Afraid” and has completed a total of 6 Challenges with NO TAPS (totaling 206 days and one speared testicle). He has also Hosted “Dual Survival” Season 9 and “Mountain Masters”, “1st Man Out, and appeared in many other Scripted & Unscripted TV, Film, Commercial, and Web Projects. He is now a professional Survival Outdoor Skills Instructor, Guide, Consultant/Adviser, Published Author/Writer, Motivational Speaker, and does appearances at events. He is also a Business Owner/Entrepreneur owning several businesses, like Freedom Pickles, Hard Working Sauce Co., Armed Forces Brewing Company, Freedom 75, Skullcrusher Outdoors, Rocko Ventures, and more. In 2018, EJ backpacked the Artic Circle in the Northern Alaska Tundra and trekked many miles on all sorts of trails and various terrain across America and abroad. EJ is planning on conquering the Appalachian Trail someday, a dream that he and his late kid brother Jeff had always dream of doing together. EJ is currently Ranked the #1 Survivalist in the World and is in the Top 5 to Tops Survivalist on every other Top Survivalist List out there! EJ gives back to others constantly and helps his community. He spent 3 months helping with the Western NC aftermath of Hurricane Helene in 2024. He is regularly working with Veteran causes and helping Veterans In-Need, especially Suicide Awareness and Homeless Veterans, and is a huge supporter of Operation Homefront and WWP. He attends many Charity Events helping raise money for Cancer and Children, such as The Hearts of Reality for Give Kids the World Fund, Reality Rally Breast Cancer Fund Raiser, and Over The Edge! EJ believes in living life to the fullest and with reckless abandon and has lived a storybook life full of adventure and smiles! So, keep an eye out for EJ as you may just run into him in many unexpected places, and surely by his side will be his buddy and Service Dog “ROCKO” his Bull Boxer pup!
