About the WASD Education Foundation
The Williamsport Area School District Education Foundation is the recognized nonprofit affiliate of the Williamsport Area School District. WASDEF facilitates charitable giving and permanent legacies based on individual areas of interest in educational innovation, the arts, athletics and scholarships. Over the last five years, the education foundation has granted more than $1.7 million to the district to support curriculum enhancements, scholarships and capital improvements.
