ABOUT Bright Haiti: Brighten Haiti is a 501c3 founded in 2020 to bring solar energy to Haiti.
Brighten Haiti is transforming lives by bringing clean, reliable
solar energy to communities where access to electricity is a rare
luxury. In Haiti, where less than 40% of the population has
power—and in rural areas, that number drops to under 15%—we are
lighting up schools, hospitals, and homes, creating brighter futures
for generations to come. Through our Solar Apprenticeship Program,
we train young women and men to install solar systems, equipping
them with the skills to build careers and drive long-term change in
their communities.
